We offer the highest attention to detail and dedication to our procedures, with that said we unfortunately have no control over other factors that can affect the healing process. For an example, we cannot guarantee successful results for everyone as clients skin types, lifestyles, and overall health vary. Those with scarring in the procedure area and those with sensitive or problematic skin may experience less retention. Results are also affected by the aftercare of your tattoo and/or how well your skin heals and retains pigment. Therefore, WULT - Wake Up Like This offers no guarantees for healed results.

Please be aware that additional touch-ups may be required to achieve desired results. All services provided are non-refundable.

NEW CLIENTS
If you have already have existing permanent makeup in the desired procedure area, please send us clear photos of your existing work via email (janet@wult.ca) for assessment and determine if it’s a cover-up or correction. Failure to do so will result in increased service pricing or refusal of service.
We cannot guarantee results for cover-up work. If the previous work is too dark, discolored, or misshaped, tattoo removal is highly recommended before booking an appointment with us to achieve optimal results.
Corrective/cover-ups generally require multiple sessions and will be charged accordingly.

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment at the time of booking. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances but it can be transferred once with a 48-hour notice.
NO SHOW, CANCELLATION, AND LATE POLICY
We require at least 48 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid unfair delays to other clients. Please understand that such changes affect not only me but other clients as well.
If you choose to cancel, your deposit will be non-refundable and any other future appointments will require another deposit to secure your appointment.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking that is canceled or no-show without prior notice. The cancellation fee will equal the amount of the deposit for the specific service. This additional charge will be added to the next service appointment.
PRICING
Our prices are subject to change at any time. Please note that touch-up rates are for existing clients only.
PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due the day of your procedure. We accept Cash or E-transfer. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We may refuse to perform a service on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Pet and children under the age of 18 not allowed in the procedure room.
A consent form will be sent out prior to the procedure. Please complete before the appointment time.
